How To: Rock Bell Bottoms

Dress: Free People || Top: Forever 21 || Jeans: Show Me Your Mumu || Bag: Jennifer Haley || Boots: Free People

You guys probably know by now that I love trying out different styles of denim jeans and to be honest, I can never have too many pairs. And I'll be honest, I wasn't sure I was "skinny enough" to rock the bell bottoms because I have very muscular legs but WHO CARES. If you like a pair of jeans, wear them. You can rock any style you want with the right amount of confidence.

Here I go again with the denim on denim... Well this time I guess chambray on denim if you want to be exact.

I took this dress from Free People that buttons up the entire front and utilized it as a cardigan! I seriously love this dress as a dress, it's an amazing dress to just throw on when I am running errands (but not without my dad making fun of me and comparing it to my Great Grandma's housecoat.) I love the way the red pops against the denim.

Show Me Your Mumu has some of the best denim bell bottoms in my opinion. They do run a little small, so I recommend sizing up. I got this exact pair from Riffraff back in August. They are so comfortable because they are stretchy so it's almost like wearing chic leggings.

Who doesn't love a fun fringe bag?! In my opinion, the best ones are from Jennifer Haley. I have two of her bags, one Bohemian and one Mini Bohemian, this one is the mini but personally I prefer the Bohemian just because I can fit so much shit in it. Every fringe on this leather bag is hand cut and so precise, I admire the craftsmanship that goes into every one of her bags.

Are you going to try bell bottoms again or are you over that trend? Let me know in the comments below.

  2. I know we're talking jeans here, but that red dress worn open is everything. Free People does it again!
