Finally. Finally I got around to rounding up my time in Seattle last month. I apologize for the delay but I had the best time in November with Cody celebrating his birthday. He had never been to the Pacific Northwest, so we decided to visit Seattle. Can't wait to check out Portland next!
In this post I will be recapping all the food I ate, sights I saw and obviously what I wore! Enjoy!

What I Wore
Where We Ate
Portage Bay Cafe
Ate brunch here and ordered the French Toast and Potatoes, was decent but not my favorite brunch in the entire world.
LoPriore Bros Pasta Bar in Pikes Place
BEST ITALIAN EVER. We went here twice, if you go here be sure to order the meatball sandwich because it's a gamechanger.
Poquitos in Capital Hill
I went here last time I was in Seattle and I knew I had to return. Cody LOVED his fish tacos that he ordered and we were adventurous and tried the seasonal cranberry guacamole.
Lil Woody's in Capital Hill
Y'all know I love a good burger and Cody actually found this place. All I gotta say is they have queso fries. Yep. Sold. My body is ready.
5 Point Cafe in Belltown
Definitely a fun vibe place, it's like a rockstar and the owners of Waffle House came together to create a diner and it was delicious!
Ristorante Machiavelli in Capital Hill
This restaurant is tiny so there is basically always a wait but it was delicious Italian. I loved that they had the bar in the front of the restaurant because it gave us something to do while we waited. Drink, drank, drunk.
Daily Dozen Doughnut in Pikes Place
I don't even like doughnuts really but these were amazing. If you go, get the maple and the plain because the plain tastes like funnel cake. Party in my mouth in the least sexual way possible.

What We Did
Volunteer Park Conservatory
Honestly I grew up going to the Cincinnati Conservatory in Eden Park so when we were freezing our booties off, I dragged us to the conservatory for something indoor! It was very cool. Cody liked it too. Obviously had to take pictures with the cacti.
Gum Wall
Always a must see! If you're in Pikes Place you might as well go find the Gum Wall located behind the building in an alley!
Coffee Shop Hopped
We went to so many coffee shops while we were there because Cody likes coffee (I don't really but he does and it was his birthday so he called the shots.) I did have the best hot chocolate while I was there though, it was in Belltown somewhere & it was Cherry Hot Chocolate. Game changer.
Brewery Hopped
Cody is a big craft beer guy, so obviously we had to hop around from brewery to brewery. His favorites were Outer Planet Brewery and Fremont Brewery! I liked Elysian.
Pike Place Market
Cody and I loved Pike Place Market even though it's an obvious tourist trap. You just gotta go. The shops around are so cool and honestly the best food we ate was there at the Italian bro shop. I also stopped in this Mexican Import good store connected to the actual market and it was so cool, I wanted to take everything home with me.
Fremont Vintage Mall
We had so much fun exploring this vintage mall. If you're style is bohemian, you'll find so many things you want here. I controlled myself and only bought something for my brother. Self control at it's finest.
Fremont Troll
Something cool to just drive by or stop by for 5 minutes to admire. Definitely something you don't see all the time. Beware on the weekend though, it's way too busy then!
University Village
A trendy outdoor shopping area with a nice sized Free People. Couldn't complain about it.
Have you been to Seattle before? Or have you been to both Portland and Seattle? If you've been to either, let me know in the comments! I can't wait to visit Portland next!

I live in Seattle and I still haven’t played tourist here. Lol. When you go to PDX, you have to go to GRAVY. It’s a breakfast joint. Super small and long wait, as well... but so worth it! They also have food trucks in downtown PDX which are always a fun stop :)
